This Role Is for You If You:

• Run your job sites like a well-oiled machine
• Think ahead, solve problems, and keep things moving
• Speak fluent English and Construction fluently
• Embrace tech (familiar with AI tools)
• Know materials, pricing, local vendors, and subs like the back of your hand
• Own your results—and take pride in the work

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations on residential remodels (kitchens, bathrooms, full home renos, new construction soon, too)
• Coordinate subcontractors and schedule inspections
• Track materials, budgets, and timelines (Buildertrend is your intimate friend)
• Keep the quality high and the surprises low
• Communicate clearly with clients, designers, and your team
• Step in when needed, stay calm when the unexpected hits

What You Bring to the Table:

• Real-world experience as a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, or Foreman in residential construction
• Deep understanding of sequencing, finishes, and code compliance
• Negotiation chops—with crews, vendors, and clients
• Driver’s License and the flexibility to handle material runs when needed
• Bonus if you speak Ukrainian, Russian, or Spanish
