Len And Julia’s Home

We did a full master bedroom and bath for these clients. Opening up the space required knocking down a couple of walls, installing all new plumbing with a freestanding bath, flush flooring in the bathroom and shower area, two smart toilets, using large format tiles, custom cabinetry. The bedroom was completely plastered and painted, popcorn was removed, new carpeting was installed, and all new electrical.

Julia and Igor’s Kitchen

We built them a whole new island in the kitchen, tore down the pantry and built new cabinets for storage and a place to install a subzero refrigerator. We added 36 recessed lights throughout the first floor and installed three large chandeliers. The project is finished off with a faux stone kitchen backsplash that runs the length of the entire wall.

Ramin and Florentina’s Home

We first made a guest bathroom for them on the second floor. Then we did a comprehensive renovation on the first floor of the house. We did a completely new electrics on the first floor with the replacement of the electrical panel. A completely new kitchen including cabinetry, countertops, hood and ceiling, changed the ceiling in the living room and added a niche with lighting, everything was painted.

Jill’s Bathroom

These are clients from New York, we did a partial renovation of their one badroom one bathroom apartment. We completely renovated the bathroom and laid tiles on the floor with the installation of new baseboards. And painted all the walls.

Shelly’s Bathroom

We did a renovation in the master bedroom and bathroom for Shelly. A large amount of work was done, demolishing walls, moving the sewer, plumbing from the leading brand Kohler, Italian tiles parcelanoza, large-format tiles, natural wood on the floor in the bedroom, replacing all the doors, all the walls and ceilings were puttied and painted. We also provided a service for removing things from the rooms and returning them after the renovation, right down to hanging pictures exactly where they were.

Angele’s Bathroom & Home Office

We found major termite damage to the bathroom. Termites also ate the floor in the room next to the bathroom. We did a partial renovation of the shower in the wife and reinstalled a bathtub for people with limited mobility. In the office, we dismantled the termite-damaged LPO and installed floor tiles + painted the entire room.

Lynn’s Laundry

We replaced the furniture in the laundry room, installing new plumbing, countertops, and tiles on the apron.
