Protection of Property-Related Data:

Any property-related data (such as photographs, videos, blueprints, or renovation plans) collected during your project will be securely stored and shared only with authorized personnel or subcontractors directly involved in the project. Unauthorized access or sharing is strictly prohibited.
Similarly, IP addresses collected during form submissions are securely stored and used solely for spam prevention purposes.

Retention of Data:

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
IP addresses collected for spam prevention purposes are stored temporarily within the Webflow system for up to 90 days. After this period, Webflow automatically deletes the data.

In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, you will be notified within 30 days of discovery, as required by Florida law. Notifications will include the nature of the breach, the affected data, and steps you can take to protect yourself.
