    In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, you will be notified within 30 days of discovery, as required by Florida law. Notifications will include the nature of the breach, the affected data, and steps you can take to protect yourself.

  3. Subcontractor Compliance:
    All subcontractors and service providers are contractually obligated to adhere to the same data protection standards outlined in this Privacy Policy. Subcontractors may only use the information for the purposes specified in their contracts with us.

  4. Retention of Data:
    Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Property-related data will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years, as required by Florida's construction documentation regulations.

CHILDREN’S (COPPA) PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE

American Developer Group does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

DO NOT TRACK

We do not collect personally identifiable information about users’ online activities over time and across third-party websites.

TCPA CONSENT AND WAIVER

By providing your telephone number, you consent to receive automated or prerecorded calls and SMS messages for account management, marketing, or service updates. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us.
