Duties
- Perform various maintenance and repair tasks including painting, drywall installation and repair, plastering, and carpentry.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools.
- Assess job site conditions, accurately estimate materials, and provide efficient solutions.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman, general repair specialist, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of construction techniques including painting, drywall, plastering, basic carpentry, and general repairs.
- Proficient in operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
