At American Developer Group, we handle full-scope residential remodels: from flooring to fixtures, kitchens to full-house overhauls. We move fast, build smart, and aim high. Now we’re looking for an Interior Designer who combines great taste with technical precision and maybe a little AI magic too.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Generating visual concepts and moodboards using AI tools like Interior AI, ReimagineHome, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion etc, to quickly communicate design direction.
• Designing interiors with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms
• Creating layouts and buildable visuals using AutoCAD and/or 2020 KD
• Selecting finishes, appliances, and materials with both style and function in mind
• Working directly with clients—understanding their needs, managing expectations, and guiding them through the design process
• Coordinating with our project managers and installers to ensure designs are executed cleanly and accurately

What You Bring

• 3+ years in residential interior design
• Proficiency in 2020 Design Live and AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of kitchen planning, cabinetry systems, appliance specs, plumbing layouts
• Knowledge of finishing materials: tile, paint, stone, flooring, etc.
• Client-facing confidence and clarity. You know how to talk homeowners through tough choices.
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Interior AI, ReimagineHome, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc) to enhance visualization and speed up ideation

Bonus Points

• Background in renovation or construction
• Experience integrating design tools with project management platforms (e.g. Buildertrend)
• Comfort working around jobsite constraints and tight timelines
