We are seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality tile installations in both residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, passion for precision, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in various tile-setting techniques and familiarity with overall construction processes are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying underlayments.
• Measure, cut, and set tiles according to specified designs and layouts.
• Apply grout, sealants, and adhesives effectively to ensure durability and high-quality finishes.
• Ensure all tile work meets exceptional standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with other trades on-site for seamless project execution.
• Read and interpret schematics, plans, and project specifications to determine tile placement.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition and report issues promptly.
• Provide input on estimating tile projects for accurate budgeting.

Experience

• Proven experience in tile installation or similar roles is required.
• Familiarity with a wide range of tile materials and installation methods is essential.
• Experience with waterproofing and shower systems is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of basic construction site protocols and safety practices is necessary.
• Ability to perform minor carpentry tasks may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
